As a Western citizen my government has sold me the intervention of my country into a foreign war in Libya as a way to stop the massacre of civilians by Gaddafi. Just some days ago the world could see as the Syrian government massacred civilians. In this case I do not hear nobody about implementing a no-fly zone in Syria.
Is it possible that even if in the West we live in a democracy our governments are playing with the good will of its citizens and treating them as children? Are these democratic governments guilty of fooling their citizens or are these citizens guilty of been fooled so easily?
